Zendesk Custom Objects Commentator
The Zendesk Custom Objects feature is a great way to capture additional data related to tickets but there is currently no way to easily bring the data into the ticket comments.
The Custom Object Commentator sidebar app allows you to add a custom object lookup field's data and related lookup object data to Zendesk ticket comments. This enables agents to include object-related data linked to the ticket as internal or public ticket comments.
